Client channels don't have to be the traditional calls, emails and SMS services, we provide an interface to what your customers already have, there social media apps like Whatsapp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger to name a few.

For the testers that don't do the reading thing...

  • Message the chatbot on WhatsApp? at 066 005 7964 send Hi to begin.
  • Complete the automated (and customizable) verification questions - Called Registration - go figure.
  • Send command keyword claim after registration.

NOW the magic starts.

  • Login as a service agent on the login page. Username: user1, Password: user1.
  • Goto TAB Unassigned Chats and find the clients name - yes that is the one that did the registration and then created the Claim ticket.
  • Goto Client Chat and do-what-you-need-to-do.
  • Close ticket if you are done....
